VIP Travel Experience is in search of a Client Care team member/project manager. This role supports the VIP Team to ensure our clients have the best travel experience .

The current role is a part-time position with an opportunity to transition to full-time if desired (~ 25-30 hours a week ), offers a hybrid in office/work-from-home opportunity and provides on-the-job training.
Preferred work hours are between 9-3 , but flexible. 

VIP Travel Experience designs luxury concierge/travel experiences. We are very high touch and deliver a boutique client experience.  If you like working in a high-energy, innovative environment and are passionate about working to create ( excited ) happy clients,    you may be the next best addition to the VIP Travel Experience team. 

Duties include:

+ Support the VIP Travel Experience Team in creating 5 - star client experiences
+ Assist with Trip itinerary 
+ Travel confirmations
+ Creating Hotel Bookings/ Misc Travel Reservations 
+ Quality assurance checklists
+ VIP requests (working with travel suppliers, hotel partners, etc. to ensure our clients receive the VIP attention they deserve)
+ Organize, print, ship documents
+ Manage client gifts
+ Client follow up and feedback within 24 hours
+ Daily agenda touchpoint with admins as agreed upon
+ E-mailing and Prepping projects across our various software platforms
